Forget MS Office - OpenOffice.Org - Absolutely brilliant and it can read/save in .doc .xls etc
Stop programs from starting up on boot
Think you have a virus but nothings picking it up? Try this.
Dosbox - Run your old DOS programs in XP.
Image Viewer - Irfanview what this little program does is worth seeing.
Alternative Photoshop - Gimp - does it all!
